Bob Gramann
Sees homes the way musicians hear songs — layered compositions where every element contributes to a greater whole.
Bob has worked in every trade involved in home construction. He's dug footings, framed houses, installed roofing, and managed hundreds of employees across thousands of homes. He built and sold two painting companies before moving into high-end custom builds, including 26 luxury homes on the PGA West Golf Course in Palm Springs and ultra-luxury projects in Beverly Hills and Bel Air.
His background blends commercial art, architecture, and decades of hands-on building — where negative space matters as much as filled space.
He doesn't force houses onto land. He listens to topography, light, and flow, and designs homes that feel inevitable.
